New York Fashion Week is almost here, and in addition to the fashion elite competing for seats and Lincoln Center, fans from all over the world demonstrate a heightened interest in designers, trends, models and sartorial sets for the upcoming season. Last February the term “Fashion Week” generated over 300,000 tweets during the month leading up to the opening show. Additionally “NYFW” garnered an additional 45,000 tweets.
